Magic had a very successful career in the showring. She won the first
Nefra Pup of the Year under judge Valerie Foss. She then won the gundog
puppy bitch stakes and just before she was 18 months old she won the
overall Pet Plan Junior gundog stakes at Manchester Championship show.
She then won Best Bitch and Reserve Best in Show at the Flatcoated
Retriever Society Centenary Open show under Norwegian Judge Finn Arild
Torsen out of an entry of more than 300. During her show career she
won 3 CC’s and 4 RCC’s. She took time out from showing to have two
litters. The first litter to Ch.Rainesgift Seymour and one of the
progeny is regularly shown and winning well. She then had a litter to Ch.Calzeat Causa Commotion at Flatcharm owned by Kelly Holland and
bred by Anette Dyren in Sweden.
